TQSign was created by TQ Consult, a UK-based professional services firm that got tired of the same inefficient loop: send document, wait, chase the client, receive a blurry scan, file it and hope for the best.
We built TQSign to solve that problem — not just for ourselves, but for every accountant, solicitor, consultant, and adviser who wants a faster, cleaner, and more professional way to collect signatures.

TQSign is built and maintained in the United Kingdom. Our data infrastructure is hosted on enterprise-grade cloud providers, and all processing complies with UK GDPR. We take data privacy seriously — your clients' information is never sold, never shared, and never used for purposes beyond delivering the signing service.
Every action on a document — from invitation sent to signature captured to download — is logged in an immutable audit trail. The resulting Certificate of Completion is appended directly to the signed PDF, so there is never any ambiguity about what was signed, by whom, and when.
